Black Market — the Shady Bazaar
The one location people actually hunt for. Here is how it works.
The Shady Bazaar is a temporary merchant that surfaces beneath Moosewood or on one of the small islets around it, and only while a server event is running. Its stock does not appear in any regular shop, which is the whole reason to chase it.

The Bazaar is per-server and short-lived. Rejoining into fresh servers and checking the
coordinate is faster than waiting it out in one.
